Deck crews - good frame and trim experience Remodel crews - good general carpentry experience including roof framing, wall framing, sheetrock, doors, window and trim. We subcontract our electric, plumbing, texture and HVAC so those skills are not necessary, but all skills are beneficial to us.
Landscape crews - hardscape experience for brick in sand, flagstone on sand, all types of retaining walls, skid steer experience and irrigation experience.

Colorado Deck Company, Inc. was started in 1984 by Robert D. Jones with the goal of allowing all homeowners the opportunity to have a custom designed, one-of-a-kind deck designed and built for them at very competitive prices. Bob's success is now part of history. Colorado Deck, Inc. has designed and/or installed over one thousand decks in Colorado--each one unique in its own way. In 1992 the decision was made to expand the services provided by Colorado Deck Co. to incorporate decks, brick and stone patios, walls and steps, and complete landscape design-build services.
Also in 2004 we welcomed back an old friend. Joe Apice had worked for CDLR years ago and left to start his own company, installing decks and doing remodeling projects. He felt a yearning to be with family and went to the D.C. area to fill the desire. He soon realized that D.C. was not Colorado and decided to return here. Having always maintained contact with Joe, we quickly asked him to come back to CDLR. He is now the Manager of Construction, does construction designs and helps in sales...a busy man.
Both Colorado Deck & Landscape, Inc. and Colorado Deck & Remodeling, Inc. are still dedicated to providing Colorado residents with our unique designs, the very finest in workmanship and the most concerned service available in the region.
Chris Bailey
In April 1998 Chris Bailey joined our team as a carpenter. Chris quickly rose to crew leader. Eleven years later he is our project manager. His attention to detail and quality craftsmanship set a new standard for all our employees. In addition to his field responsibilities Chris maintains all our trucks trailers and equipment.
Allan Belmore
In April of 2000 Allen Belmore was hired as a carpenter's helper. After two years he moved into a crew leader position. He has been with the company for 9 years and is now transitioning into our sales team.
